Yograj Singh, father of former cricketer Yuvraj Singh, has once again criticised Mahendra Singh Dhoni, accusing him of finishing Yuvraj’s career. In a recent interview with the Zee Switch YouTube channel, Yograj showed his grudges, stating he can never forgive Dhoni.

“I won’t forgive MS Dhoni. He should look at his face in the mirror. He is a very big cricketer, but what he has done against my son, everything is coming out now; it can never be forgiven in life. I have never done two things in life – first, I have never forgiven anybody who has done wrong for me, and second, I have never hugged them in my life, be it my family members or my kids,” Yograj said.
Yuvraj deserves Bharat Ratna
Yograj also claimed Dhoni’s actions led to Yuvraj’s early retirement. Yograj further said Yuvraj could have easily played 4-5 years more. He asserted that Yuvraj should be honoured with the Bharat Ratna for his contributions, including his battle with cancer and his key role in World Cup victories.

Despite these claims, Yuvraj has always spoken positively about Dhoni, the captain who led India to victory in the 2007 T20 World Cup and the 2011 ODI World Cup with Yuvraj playing a key role. Recently in the TRS Podcast, he said that he was only friends with MS Dhoni because of cricket.
