India’s tennis duo, Jeevan Nedunchezhiyan and Vijay Sundar Prashanth have seen changes in the latest ATP Tour rankings. The pair recently clinched the Hangzhou Open 2024 (ATP 250) men’s doubles title by defeating Germany’s Constantin Frantzen and Hendrik Jebens in China on Tuesday.

Contrasting ranking shifts for the champions

Despite the victory, the two players experienced contrasting movements in their ATP rankings. Jeevan Nedunchezhiyan, who hails from Chennai, saw a slight dip in his ranking, dropping from 86th to 88th. On the other hand, Vijay Sundar Prashanth made a significant leap, climbing from 133rd to 102nd position in the latest rankings.

Jeevan-Vijay win in the finals
