Yashasvi Jaiswal was among the Indian batters who participated in the net session on Tuesday. Other batters who took part in the net sessions were KL Rahul, Shubman Gill and Rishabh Pant. A journalist shared a picture of the ball smacked by Jaiswal which went on to land in the adjacent road. No pedestrians or vehicles were hurt in this incident!

IND vs AUS – Biggest test for Yashasvi Jaiswal
The upcoming Border-Gavaskar Trophy will be the biggest challenge for young Yashasvi Jaiswal, given that he has played most of the matches at home. He made his debut in the series against West Indies, he went on to play two more games in the Caribbean in overseas. He last featured in the Test series at home against Bangladesh and New Zealand.
Overall in this season, Yashasvi Jaiswal has amassed 1119 runs in this 2024 calender year. His biggest innings came in the IND vs ENG Test series eatlier this year where he went on to hammer double centuries at Visakhapatnam and Rajkot.
