Genshin Impact 5.2 Update Pre-Installation Guide:

To ensure a smooth update process, you can start pre-installing the update resources now. Here’s how:

Mobile (iOS and Android): Method 1: Go to Paimon Menu > Settings > Resources > Pre-Install Resource Package. Method 2: Tap the “Pre-Install Resource Package” icon on the login menu.
PC: Click the “Pre-Install” button in the Genshin Impact Launcher.
PlayStation: The console will automatically initiate pre-installation if you have sufficient storage space.

Update Installation: Once the maintenance is complete, you can update the game as follows:

PC: Close the game, open the Genshin Impact Launcher, and click Update.
iOS: Open the App Store and tap Update.
Android: Open the game and follow the on-screen instructions.
