Mohammed Shami y Mohammed Siraj hablarán sobre la mega subasta IPL 2025 entre los jugadores indios que invitarán a batallas de cada equipo.
Much like foreign pacers, there is also a huge demand for Indian pacers in the IPL 2025 Mega Auction. This is mainly owing to the fact that all the teams are starting their team build-up from scratch. There are quite a few names who will go under the hammer, but it is surely Mohammed Shami and Mohammed Siraj who would be the most sought-after among the Indian speedsters.
While most of the teams have retained their core setup, there are other teams who are looking to start afresh. And this means that the latter teams have a huge budget up their sleeves to spill cash and bring in these Indian superstars.

Mohammed Shami
Mohammed Shami was not retained by Gujarat Titans after having missed action for almost a year. Shami last played in the ODI World Cup final before undergoing ankle surgery. He missed IPL 2024 completely and only last week returned to play Ranji Trophy for Bengal.
A player of his caliber being available in the market will surely draw huge attention from every team. Known for his ability to consistently pick wickets, the 34-year-old is amongst the best in the world. With 79 wickets from 77 games, Shami has the ability to pick wickets both with the new and old ball. This makes him a coveted player whom teams will be willing to buy at all costs.
Mohammed Siraj
Royal Challengers Bengaluru shocked everyone when they left out Mohammed Siraj on IPL 2025 Retention Day. The recent poor form has also been a concern for the speedster. However, Siraj is a veteran in the business and his stats speak volumes about his ability.
With 93 wickets in equal games in IPL, it is highly expected that RCB will cash in their RTM on the Indian speedster. But if they decide otherwise, the rest of the teams will be keen to get their hands on a proven wicket-taker in the IPL.
Khaleel Ahmed
Khaleel Ahmed was left out of Delhi Capitals on retention day. The left-arm pacer had a mere salary of 5.25 crores and proved his worth last season when he scalped 14 wickets from 12 games. And now since he will go under the hammer, it is expected that he will surely invite a bidding war from the rest of the teams.
Khaleel’s ability to bowl consistently at a high pace and bag wickets both at the start and end of the innings will make him a great addition to any team whom he joins.
