The United Kingdom has strongly condemned what it calls violent actions against protesters in Iran and has announced that it is working with its allies to impose further sanctions on the country.
Speaking during Prime Minister’s Questions in Parliament, British leader Keir Starmer stated that he condemns “in the strongest possible terms the appalling oppression and killing of protesters in Iran.”
